Key Responsibilities include:
Create weekly Sub Assembly & Final Assembly plans
Prepare material availability report from Power BI for the weekly production line start meetings
Responsible for customer communication on changes to plans
Facilitate the clearance of shortages in advance of M3 processing
Carry out M3, Mestec & i2B administration procedures daily
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
Support the creation and management of the Master Production Schedule.
Responsible for arranging all transport for inbound deliveries from EU suppliers.
Communication of availability and co-ordination of export for finished goods
Provide support for spares processing for global operations
Provide support for refurb process for global operations
Assist with stock control and material movements to/from external storage locations

Who we’re looking for…
You will have experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain management or production control in a manufacturing environment. You will have direct experience of computer-based manufacturing systems including MRP/ERP systems such as M3 or SAP.
You will be a well organised and flexible individual, capable of working on your own initiative and comfortable working across all levels of Aggreko’s business. You will be able to prioritise workloads and ensure critical deadlines are met, thorough attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture.
An ability to identify critical issues and be a solutions-focused problem solver.
