Online application

The first Situational Judgement Test (SJT)
You will then be asked to complete a Situational Judgement Test.
Online tests
There will be one short exercises to measure your mathematical ability. This helps us match you to the qualities required in the workplace.
Video interview
Next we’ll ask you to complete a video interview which will consist of a series
of questions that appear on screen. You’ll then be asked to record yourself responding to them.
Country interview and assessment
If you pass the above stages you will be invited for an interview and an assessment
