Overview of the role:
To be responsible for Service and Workshop activities for IR products (Air Products, Tools & Accessories), to achieve divisions strategic and tactical objectives. Site visits for trouble shooting and rectification of jobs, SMC visits, Workshop overhaul programs, coordination with Service Advisor / Service Manager for timely execution of jobs.

What you will do:
Contributing to the achievement of labour revenue, parts consumption, increasing customer retention and efficient Customer management strategy
Seek out and target lost customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division
Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery considering lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts
Able to manage every element of the service process on an individual level
Responsible to handle a team of 4 technicians and to get best utilisation and outcome of all
Remain abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to Oil and Gas
Compliance to Al Futtaim SOP for the service execution

Required skills to be successful:
3-5 years in After Sales & Services in Compressors, 3Dryers, Winches, BOP Hoists & Tools / Equivalent Automotive products
Good knowledge and experience in compressed air system equipment’s, Centrifugal Compressors, Oil Free Compressors is expected
Good product knowledge on Ingersoll Rand oil free and Centrifugal Compressors & presentation skills

About the team:
Working in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Reporting directly to the Service Manager.

What equips you for the role:
Bachelor Degree /Diploma in Science / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
3-5 years’ experience in After Sales & Services of compressed air system equipment’s / compressed air system projects
