GAC Abu Dhabi is seeking candidates for the position of Human Resource Coordinator, to be based at their Guardian Towers Office in Abu Dhabi.

Accountabilities
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
Cover all legal compliance for federal and state Human Resources requirements
Organise and undertake Performance Management tasks
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process
Promote learning and development
Act as primary back-up for payroll processing
Manage and maintain employee database
Provide support to staff in other HR-related concerns

Minimum Qualifications and Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
Strong organisational and management skills
Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
Graduate of Human Resource Management or similar
In-depth knowledge in UAE labour law
Good work ethic to comply with policies and procedures of the company
