Description
Hiring a Project Coordinator for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and completion of projects alongside the Project Manager.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources, project tracking and maintaining accurate project record files.
- Constantly monitor project progress, plan and schedules, very closely and handle any issues that arise.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Communicating to project stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure project progress is on track, and creating escalations where necessary.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Create project status reports and maintain project dashboards.
