Hiring a Project Coordinator for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and completion of projects alongside the Project Manager.
  • Coordinating project management activities, resources, project tracking and maintaining accurate project record files.
  • Constantly monitor project progress, plan and schedules, very closely and handle any issues that arise.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Communicating to project stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure project progress is on track, and creating escalations where necessary.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Create project status reports and maintain project dashboards.

Key Requirements:
