Restaurants at the Thompson Dallas are energetic, high energy, independent and exquisitely appointed spaces. The dining rooms are very reminiscent of the original design of our historic building while adding modern touches designed to ignite the senses of our guests. Our cuisine will be from scratch, globally inspired yet reminiscent and at times classic. Our cocktails will both be a nod to the classics while making a heavy nod to fresh innovative beverages to enjoy inside or on our pool deck
Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
Handles guest problems and complaints
Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with Colleagues and ensures Colleagues do the same within the team
Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury setting
Should possess a strong knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity, and a strong work ethic
