The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling colleagues, interviewing potential candidates, resolving guest concerns, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year housekeeping experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer knowledge is required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in the daily operations of housekeeping, including but not limited to; scheduling, ordering, dynamic leadership skills, and colleague coaching and training.

A minimum of one-year experience in housekeeping is required
Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is preferred
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Must have physical stamina to stand, and walk for upwards of 8 hours during duration of shift
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight is required
Refined verbal, and written communication skills
Previous scheduling experience is preferred
Open availability required, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
