WHAT IS THE MISSION OF THE DIRECT CHANNEL SPECIALIST?
At Roiback the Direct Channel Specialists (DCS) are our main point of contact with the client. Their main task is to increase the direct sale of each client in their portfolio through to the optimization of the online marketing of its direct channel and advising on new trends in digital marketing, competitiveness, and profitability.

WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF A DIRECT CHANNEL SPECIALIST?
The DCS will be responsible for managing the accounts of the clients assigned to them.
The main functions to be covered are:
Help define targets.
Continuously monitoring that the targets for sales and quality of service agreed with the client are meet.
Identifying the level of account optimization in the online marketing of your product periodically; defining and executing an action plan that maximizes revenues through the direct channel and reporting the status of the targets.
Advising and developing the trends of online marketing (promotional campaigns and email marketing, investment in SEM, members etc.) in each of the accounts to maximize the ROI of all marketing actions.
Advising on pricing and revenue management improvement plans for the direct channel.
Implementing the new value-added products that ROIBACK offers its customers.
Meeting the client’s needs regarding changes in the marketing of their product and coordinating and following up with the departments that are responsible for resolving the rest of the requests.
Increasing the level of loyalty: Maintaining contact with people responsible for the client’s account through periodic calls and on-site visits and continuously assessing progress and their needs.
WHAT CHARACTERISTICS DOES A DIRECT CHANNEL SPECIALIST NEED TO HAVE?
Analytical & Rigorous
Careful analysis of the control KPIs of the tracking reports (sales, traffic, change, markets, etc) to detect trends and their causes.
Getting to know in detail the type of product / hotel with which one works, so that the proposed actions for their direct channel have the greatest impact on the sales.
Continuous contact with clients to share best practice in direct selling and performance improvement.
Commercial & Proactive
Maintaining a commercial mentality when it comes to the customer’s needs.
Flexibility when organising daily work and be able to prioritise the most profitable actions.
Being proactive to offer solutions to the client.
Interested in Being an Expert
Having an interest in the trends of the direct channel sector, competition, and destination.
Ever-increasing knowledge of online marketing tools and techniques.
Expert in ROIBACK tools and products; with the ability to teach clients their uses and techniques.
