Reach your full potential as Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will contribute to the commercial objectives of the organizational unit by purchasing or selling our products whilst managing and developing a team. You manage, maintain and develop business relationships.
You will be responsible for maximizing your sales team potential, crafting sales plans and planning effectively and presenting plans to the upper management.
- Managing the team of Sales Executives relevant to your role
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures strong presence
- Contribute to the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Executives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Create a motivating environment for the team where they feel they have the developmental assistance they need to achieve their targets and progress

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.

- An associate or bachelor degree in business management, or a related field
- Vast experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Successful previous experience in a sales manager role consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry experience
- Excellent mentoring, couching and people management skills
