Job Responsibilities:
- Keep up-to-date financial records and supporting documents for expenses executed by the Project.
- Prepare actions and documents for monthly accountability
- Keep the documentation contained in the individual staff folders up to date.
- Support the Project Management in administrative and financial tasks.
- Perform administrative support tasks purchase of materials and those requested by the leadership.
- Know, understand and comply with the technical and administrative guidelines (resolutions, circulars, official letters, others)
Job Requirements:
- Certified professional in the secretarial or accounting area
- Creditable work experience of at least 1 year
