Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage campaigns with Recruitment Agencies as required.
- Manage assessment centre process for assigned departments including set up and associated admin processes.
- Ensure constant development of assessment tools, processes, guidelines, etc.
- Conduct recruitment interviews for candidates hired outside of assessment centres.
- Send letter of intent documents out to successful candidates and advise confidently on full benefits package.
- Ensure candidates indicate acceptance / decline of letter of intent in a timely manner.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years experience of working in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR / Recruitment processes and policies in the Middle East
- Good knowledge of HRMS – Oracle & Taleo
- High level of written and verbal business English
- Must have a good understanding of PC based systems i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or recognized formal qualification in Human Resources discipline or a CIPD certification.
