Walk in Interview, Apply for Customer Service Representative Job in Dubai, UAE
This role will be responsible in coordinating the spare parts ordering to cashing processes. He/she will need to ensure all quotations from dealers or direct customer get efficient answer.
Major responsibility:
- Make quotations obtain delay and prices.
- Finalize spare parts deals (help improve lead time, price).
- Follow up on orders and escalate when necessary
- Visit dealer / customer and propose spare parts, find solutions when customer are not satisfied.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from superior from time to time
Requirement:
- High school or equivalent qualification, preferably in fields related to Product and Customer Service
- 1-2 years working experience is required
- Be at ease with utilization of IS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
