Role summary / Purpose
Digitalisation Project Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day management and effective operation of all our digital projects from concept to delivery. This includes site launches, website tools, advertising campaigns and web applications.
Essential responsibilities
- Complete assigned projects from concept to delivery within established deadlines and budget. Remain aware of current requests and due dates, and proactively offer ways to help meet deadlines.
- Draft scope of the assigned projects and estimated budget for further approval of CDO
- Create Project Plans and relevant documentation
- Act as mediator between Digitalisation team, relevant teams in the Company and outside providers to coordinate and control projects completion.
- Conduct research on market and social media trends on the request of CDO to provide with suggestions on innovative tools and solutions of the current systems.
- Conduct reports and analytics on the request of CDO
- Schedule and drive department meetings and presentations.
- Assist CDO in various tasks related to Company Digitalization.
Qualifications / Requirements
- BC’s degree in business and/or technology management
- Min 2 years experience in a technology/digital roles
- Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
- Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
- Experienced in a range of project management software
- Demonstrated knowledge of content management systems and SEO practices.
