About the Client:
Leading catering, restaurants, and cloud kitchen operator in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
– Coordinate with Project manager regarding status of Staff allocation, any recruitment needs, procurement of supplies, etc.
– Interact with the whole team regularly to have a full understanding of customers feedback, delivery improvement, issues, and appropriate plans for project progress.
– Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
– Review product range constantly to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained upon serving to customers
– Maintain the F&B Management invoices and journals, manage and monitor expenditure associated with catering equipment repair, manage the asset register, and assist in budget setting each business review with management
Qualifications:
– 45 years old and below
– Diploma in business administration/management or any related courses
– At least 15 years of total experience in F&B industry and has been on the same role within GCC for at least 5 years
– Experience from catering companies or cloud kitchens is an advantage
– Immediate joiners will be prioritized
