Job Description:
Designing and distributing communications/other activities to create a positive workplace environment, improve wellbeing and promote Mental Health.
• Create our local engagement plan based in the input from global
• Ensuring that the required number of communications/activities are distributed each month.
• Establish a monthly tracker detailing the engagement activities that have been carried out, # of participants
• Employee engagement – working with the rest of the Team to create and distribute engagement activities in a Work from Home environment
• Maintain an understanding of all company benefits offered
• Create partnerships with different companies in order to provide a wider benefit´s catalog
• Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through Internal communication
• Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
Requirements:
- Experience in arranging activities for employees
- Experience in Managing Hr Operation
- Diploma Holder
