To provide medical assistance to employees of the company and be ready to act in any emergency as needed. Liaise with Hamad Medical Corporation and Qatar Energy medical centers for follow up of employees’ health matters. Provide First Aid training to QAFCO employees. To carry out all activities in compliance with QAFCO’s Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality procedures.

• The position will be responsible for assisting the physician in the daily consultation, periodic and routine medical examination of employees.
• Perform laboratory procedures, minor procedure (giving injections, dressing, etc.) and first aid treatment of work accidents.
• Carry out routine check and maintain the equipment used in the clinic.
• Responsible for purchases of medical supplies for QAFCO clinic.
• Escort patient via ambulance during referral to the hospital. Visit to patients in their home or hospital as required.
• Prepare a referral letter to a different specialist required.
• Dispense drug as prescribed directed by the physician.
• Monitor dispensing and stock level of non-prescribe drugs.
• Liaise with medical sections in neighbouring company for preparing and maintaining emergency medical plans.
• Regular update with the hospital’s consultants and specialist to secure adequate treatment for referred cases.
• Prepare and deliver First Aid training and refresher programs to QAFCO employees and first aiders.

• Higher National Diploma (3 Years)
• Years Of Experience 8
• Additional Information The ideal candidate should have the following:
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Industrial Medicine or Occupational Hygiene and/or Emergency Medicine.
• Specialized Training related to Occupational Health and Emergency.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Should be computer literate and have excellent presentation skills.
