To Provide accurate inventory, communication to customer airlines to control their ULD stock allocated to DOH. Coordinate, communicate and facilitate QAS operational sections, departments i.e. ramp, baggage and cargo with accurate details of airline stock. Deliver required empty units from storage facilities to respective flights. Support QAS Cargo business functions in performance and process improvements through reporting, analysis and data insights.

• Conduct accurate stock count, daily inventory

• Record. Communicate customer airline’s ULD stock using SCM

• Monitor ULD usage, storage facilities and determine appropriate stock in hand

• Notify QR and other carriers in case of damaged ULD

• Coordinate with concerned airline to plan damaged units for repairs or sending back to Origin

• Ensure appropriate and serviceable equipment is allocated for transportation as per customer airline requirement

• Ensure ULD storage facilities are monitored and used in safe manners, report technical fault for immediate rectifications

• Communicate and report to assigned load control / CLC office in case planned empty units are not sufficient

• Interacts with loaders, drivers, LTS, supervisors, dispatchers, cargo and baggage team

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly handling reports to line manager

• Ensure all ULD staff are adhering to Safety and security procedures

• Ensure the department/section KPIs is met

• Minimum 3 years of similar experience within Air Cargo industry

• Familiarity with IATA ULD control methods/ messages

• Ability to interpret, and apply all relevant SITA messages

• Ability to use DCS and ULD control procedures

• Organized and effective communicator / planner

• Ability to react to frequent operational changes and work under pressure

• Fully conversant with all office applications on the PC

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
