We are hiring for your skills be responsible for providing support to various departments, assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures in a range of Human Resources functions which include but not limited to recruitment, manpower budget, employee welfare and disciplinary procedures. Operate as the primary point of contact to the Business Support department, ensuring information flow and sharing of knowledge. Provide professional human resources administration and project assistance to the Human Resources Business Partner/ Human Resources Business Manager.

• Accountable to effectively execute the end of employment procedures upon receipt of resignation/terminations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and yearly HR & Management Reports, gather key information and statistical reports to keep the business informed, and assist with composing correspondence and memorandum, reports and documents.
• Participate in key HR related projects (i.e. Communication Plan, Leave Plan, HR Strategy, etc.) and conduct research on best practice in Human Resources and make appropriate recommendations.
• Prepare memorandum/briefs related to staff re-employment, employment extension and NOC Request. Maintain a tracker and validate the end-to-end process.
• Supervise the HR General Administration Team and ensure all standard requests are taken care of in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular follow ups on all major cases of employee’s hospitalization to ensure maximum assistance is provided.
• Facilitate and assist in providing training matrix for HR Department.
• Handle all special requests from GCEO office and HR Business Support

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the QAS Cargo Human Resources Team.

• Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
• Experienced – minimum 4 years of job-related experience required
• Knowledgeable about the Housing policies, rules and regulations
• Accepted office administration and supervisory techniques
• Computer knowledge on Word and Excel with Data entry experience
