Qatar Airways is seeking a Culture Specialist to support its Customer Experience division in its mission to cultivate an outstanding culture that matches the airline’s excellence. The role provides the opportunity to shape and evolve the experience of over 15,000 colleagues in a way that enhances employee engagement, motivation and inspires growth within the organization. You will bring a global mindset and strong awareness of best practices in organizational culture to apply your passion for bringing to life a culture that promotes belonging, inclusiveness and success while working for the World’s Best Airline.
You will work closely with the Culture Manager and other internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of innovative culture strategies, while also contributing to internal communications and supporting relevant research and diagnostic initiatives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• At least 4 years of job related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication/Social Science/Business Administration/Change Management or other relevant field of study.
• Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful and compelling internal communications.
• Prior experience in writing copy including developing long and short copy.
• Prior experience in using measurement, data, analytics and insight in relation to communication and engagement activity.
• Previous experience in an organizational culture role or staff engagement unit within an international airline or large-scale organization is preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar
