About the role
We are now hiring talented individuals to join the Distribution team in Global Sales department to handle global Dispute Management of all Audit Categories and also provide operational support for the New Distribution Capability (NDC) and other Distribution solutions.
Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing and coordination of Agency Debit Memo (ADM) disputes of all audit categories entrusted within the agreed service levels throughout the global network.
This role is also responsible for supporting commercial and technical post-implementation activities with Aggregators, 3rd Parties and Travel Agencies and Sellers globally that wish to connect to Qatar Airways using New Distribution Capability (NDC) standard and other Distribution solution initiatives. Once NDC implementation is completed this role will act as the first point of contact to Sellers, Travel Agents and other 3rd parties and coordinate Servicing, Reservations and Ticketing support in the global network.
Key accountabilities include:
- Support technical and commercial development and implementations in the Distribution Transformation program using New Distribution Capability (NDC) and 3rd parties and agencies/sellers globally that wish to connect
- Handle the support services of servicing of NDC PNRs and assist the Sales Teams and Travel Agents with their reservation/ticketing/servicing queries
- Ensure ADM disputes & Post Billing Disputes of all audit categories are actioned within the agreed SLAs
- Monitor and analyze violations, identify and address outstanding issues, trade partners’ needs, trends in various markets in order to formulate and implement solutions in coordination with relevant commercial teams or Head Office

Qualifications
About You
- We are looking for a passionate and experienced professionals to join the Global Sales team.
- Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent is essential
- 3+ years of experience at airline or travel agency distribution ecosystem – experience in customer service, airline or travel agency reservations and ticketing systems is essential preferably using Amadeus GDS
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, in tight timelines and various projects in parallel
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and work within a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Proven ability to coordinate project activities and tasks across departments, vendors and stakeholders
