Job Description ¡V Head of Process Engineering, NFPS Compression

Part A: Job Specification

„h NFPS Compresison Head of Process Engineering is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of Process (including Brownfield tie-in design verification / validation) design and equipment technical and execution definition, selection, and design, including planning for Detailed Design, Procurement, Installation, and Testing / Commissioning of the NFPS Compression project/s.

„h Ensures that technical requirements (e.g. basis of design, simulations, reports, studies project specifications, data sheets, etc.) developed during FEED fully comply with project requirements.

„h Process design considers the full production life cycle of the Topsides/Pipleines / sufaciltieis as well as Flow Assurance activites for the production and fuel gas pipelienes.

„h Effectively collaborates and interfaces with Project team, Contractor, Qatargas stakeholders (Operations, OES, E&P and etc) as required to ensure that the Topsides and facilities scope of supply is fully integrated and optimized.

„h Provides oversight of the Compression Process team as well as EPC Contractor¡¦s, and timely review and approval of project deliverables within project budget and schedule.

Part B: Person Specification Minimum Requirements

„h Broad and extensive knowledge of:

o Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria

o Offshore facilities design, construction, and operations

o Engineering execution

„h Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical/Process engineering discipline

„h Minimum 15 years of closely related professional experience, 10+ years of which should be at the senior Facilities / Process engineering / engineering supervision level (Offshore Oil & Gas Experience)

„h Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills

„h Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities

„h Make decisions in the general interest while pursuing business results

„h Prepare contingency plans for the unexpected (pro-active, forward-looking)

„h Proactively and continuously grow technical expertise in Facilities engineering disciplines

„h Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills

„h Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills

„h Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

„h Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.

„h Willing and able to travel as required

„h Broad knowledge of design requirements of Process engineering groups and disciplines

„h Execute work in full compliance with Qatargas Standards of Business Conduct and Qatargas Project Management System (QGPMS)

„h Broad range of experience and skills through multiple function and project assignments (Multi-discipline skill set)
