Guest Relation Officer Job Responsibilities:

Use a cheerful and enthusiastic tone of voice when talking to guests and trying to get information

Job Requirements:

Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction

Fluent English communication ability
Ability to work in shifts, 1 8 hour shift including 1 hour break
Having experience in a similar position is an advantage
