Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader – Contract Logistics for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. As a Team Leader in Contract Logistics, you will ensure on a day-to-day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for warehouse operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all ex-Free zone rules and regulations.
What you will do
Manage inbound and outbound system functionality
Manage inbound and outbound documentation
Manage reporting such as warehouse stats, last mile delivery reports, sales space capacity, inventory stats and data analysis
Manage all the customer inquiries
Manage Inventory control – PI counts & subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks & quarantine products
Required skills to be successful
2-years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics, supply chain or warehousing industry
Strong communications skills
Knowledge of warehouse management system
Experience with Inbound and Outbound documentation
About the team
The role will report to Supervisor, and you will be working in a busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with internal and external customers daily.
What equips you for the role
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics, Supply Chain and warehousing industry. You must have an effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent planning capacity and ability to solve problems quickly. Knowledge in warehouse management system is a definite advantage!
