Job Description:
- Under the supervision of the person in charge of the telephone platform and operational performance, you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Ensure the telephone reception of customers
- Inform and guide the client about the services offered
- Dealing with customer requests, advising them and offering them the service best suited to their needs
- Record operating data in dedicated software
- Make appointments and manage the operations agenda according to requests from customers and operations managers
- Ensure the processing of penalties and written and telephone complaints, in collaboration with operations
- Regulate, organize and manage its activity according to call flows

Job Requirements:
- You master the customer relationship by telephone (reception, response to needs, orientation, quote relaunch, etc.) and you know how to manage stressed and/or dissatisfied customer situations
- You are autonomous on the platform’s tools after a training period.
