System administrator Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound IT Support Engineer/Admin for assisting users with their IT requests and ensure a smooth running of ICT Operations.

Responsibilities:
Install and configure software and hardware, manage network and technology tools, set up accounts and workstation, monitor and maintain systems according to requirements, troubleshoot issues and outages, install and upgrade computer components and software and integrate automation processes.
Coordinate with the departments for new equipment / service procurements (such as and not limited to printers, printer cartridges, toners, laptop and desktop as required) in coordination with IT manager.
Helping newcomers with onboarding (provide computer, help with email account, access to IT systems etc.), help HR with IT “off-boarding” process.
Ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently
IT support to employees respond and resolve all help desk requests
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
Installs and tests server software on a variety of platforms (e.g. service packs, application software, operating software, hardware upgrades, etc.)
Being responsible for inventory of IT equipment and maintain installation and configuration procedures and also maintain system standards.
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Providing hardware and software support for desktop computers and other end-user devices like printers and scanners.
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
Prepare report on all IT activities being conducted and their results and provide relevant input to the IT Manager.
Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to incidents, service requests and tasks
Excellent working knowledge of IT tools such as creating presentations, reports, editing, preferable Google-Workspace

Requirements/ Profile :
At least 3 years of experience in the IT support L1/L2
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, information systems, Microsoft MCSE certification
Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering
Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
Obey and respect of the company Ethic & Compliance
High level of customer focus
Ambitious and self-motivated, willingness to grow and develop both personally and professionally
Organizational commitment, flexibility and achievement motivation
