Our newest opportunity is for a Stakeholder Manager, to join our award-winning team based in Dubai.

The role will entail providing technical support across divisional departments and ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained in line with local authorities, procedures and codes.

Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
Providing technical support to secure approvals, agreements and all undertakings with governmental departments, stakeholders and third parties.
Monitoring and implementation of requirements to obtain necessary NOC’s and approvals.
Liaising with department managers for permit strategy required for new projects and proposals.
Preparing meeting materials including reports, presentations and meeting agendas.
Ensuring proper interpretation of municipality codes and regulations as well as effective delivery and follow through on submissions.
Coordinating with various consultant disciplines for development of construction documents and applications for building and sign permits.
Reviewing of municipal zoning, land development ordinance and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property.
Reviewing of ordinances, utilities service research, outside agency regulations and site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines.
Leading the authorities, weekly meetings to ensure that the client has a clear understanding of project progress and timelines.

Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 10 years’ site design and permitting experience from a range of multidisciplinary projects partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
A strong understanding of the design, engineering and construction process.
Hold strong relationships with Dubai or Abu Dhabi’s Local Authorities.
Proven track record in working with local authorities and agencies.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
