Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Spa Therapist is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and service in accordance with the Centara Spa’s standard of excellence.
- Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently through manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.
- Respond to all client requests in a courteous manner.
- Ensure all Spa Therapists’ administration is completed at the end of each day. (Worksheets and client records, stock lists, updates of the logbook)
- Ensure suites are kept clean and tidy according to Spa checklist and health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Educational degree in related field
- Previous relevant working experience, preferrably in a leisure hotel business
- Good command of English communication
- Pleasant personality & appearances
- Strong service mind
