Job Description: As a Site Engineer with Fitout Experience at Arcave, you will be a vital part of our project execution process. Your role will encompass overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring the alignment of project development with design intent, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful completion of our diverse projects, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, maintaining adherence to project plans, design specifications, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, progress, and compliance with safety standards.
- Address on-site issues, conflicts, and delays promptly to uphold the project schedule and quality standards.
- Document site activities meticulously, preparing progress reports, work logs, and incident reports as required.
- Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to site teams, effectively managing technical challenges.
- Ensure all fitout work aligns with industry standards, regulations, and client expectations.
- Cultivate a culture of safety on the construction site, promoting and enforcing safe work practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, focusing on fitout projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fitout construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management and adeptness in site supervision.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid UAE work visa is mandatory.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and codes.

Contract length: 3-6 months
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
