We are hiring a Site Assistant
NES Fircroft is seeking Site Assistant for Chemical Manufacturing company.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Responsibilities:
Support of the management and specialist departments in various organizational and administrative tasks
Training administration by supporting the creation and maintenance of training documents, cooperation in the planning of training courses and tests as well as monitoring and documenting the implementation
Support in the area of purchasing by creating and maintaining master data, creating purchase requisitions, checking and posting goods receipts as well as checking and approving invoices office management Independent preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
Prepare presentations for management
Support in personnel matters, such as yard admissions, medical check-ups, applicant management, vocational training
Contact person and on-site support for service providers

Qualifications:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with SAP
Very good knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills, organizational strength and integrity
