Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
Responsible for building algorithms using machine learning, artificial intelligence, and optimization techniques for digitalization projects. He/she will be a part of an agile team compromising of scrum masters, product owners, software developers, software architects, UI/UX designers, and digitalization consultants to deliver high-caliber, state-of-the-art software applications addressing customers’ pain points in interdisciplinary industries. The role encompasses interacting with other team member as well as the end customer to understand requirements, data resources …etc. Additionally, the role requires presenting the technical findings to a non-technical audience focusing on value-add and pain points resolution. The position reports to the head of digital enterprise labs. He/ she must be goal-driven and keeps the value-add as the highest priority. The role entails working in all ML domains, including regression, classification, reinforcement learning, anomaly detection, dimensionality reduction and others. The candidate should be passionate about data-driven techniques, mathematical modeling, and optimization methods to resolve real-life challenges in a systematic, fast-pace and robust manner.
Perform data quality assessment, data stitching, cleaning, and exploration/ visualization for customers’ datasets.
Building prototype solutions addressing customer pain points based on machine learning, artificial intelligence, and optimization techniques in a fast pace, agile environment.
Evaluate developed solutions using representative meaningful metrics.
Develop robust, reliable algorithms/ solutions for the identified pain points in a fast pace through close cooperation with the team members.
Deploy the developed solutions as a part of a larger ecosystem as agreed amongst the team members.
Communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, AI, ML, statistics or similar field.
5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using real data.
Concrete understanding of mathematics, statistics, optimization, ML and AI.
Strong in Python programming language and its libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, plotly, Keras, pytorch, Tensorflow, statsmodel, sklearn.
Knowledge of GUI-Python tools such as bokeh, kivy.
Strong skills in data communication APIs such as REST.
Strong skills in handling databases such as: SQL, Mongo, Cassandra.
Strong skills in data visualization.
Concrete knowledge in Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud is a must.
Ability to handle big data.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English language. Arabic language is a plus.
