Summary:
We are looking for Service Now APM Consultant with BA background who is holding more than 5 years experience in IT and more than 1 year experince in Service Now.

Job Responsibilities:
Capture the data & upload to ServiceNow APM.
Educate & Train Customer on the product to show the value of the product and create the processes for new/existing data to be loaded while continuity re-evaluated and ensure continuous improvement of the product/data.
Additionally, create a road map of bringing the maturity of this product to the desire state against global best practices
