Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Help and support on Sales & Distribution plan for each country which covers outlets coverage and portfolio productivity. Guarantee deployment and tracking to each distributor.
Work with regional sales team to ensure best in class in-store execution through Vision Store and On Shelf Availability.
Lead the development of sales initiatives and capabilities on distributors sales team to guarantee in store execution excellence in key KPIs.
Develop strong business relationship with distributors by continuously monitoring their productivity in store;
Analyze and report competitive activities in his region to the Sales Director/ HoTM
Ensure the placement and usage of tracking system to track key sales fundamentals of the region
Ensure the placement of infrastructure & asset necessary to drive the business
Develop an annual capability calendar for Reckitt and distributors team to optimize resource utilization
Creative and innovative in designing strategies
Complete understanding of Distribution operations and different distribution models
Strong knowledge and understanding of Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Marketing activities
Minimum 4 years top tier FMCG experience in Sales or Trade Marketing ideally with an exposure of other markets
