Receptionist Job – IC SOLUTIONS Dubai

Receptionist Job Description:
Receiving, registering and providing access to visitors and tenants in the administrative center
maintaining registers, inventory records and placing periodic orders for consumables
recording and reporting on the basis of software of the entrances and exits of the staff from the administrative center
reception, registration, recordkeeping and distribution of correspondence
providing technical support during meetings with local and international partners
execution of other tasks assigned by the administration

Job Requirements:
Higher studies, economics or foreign languages preferably
Intermediate PC user: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Mandatory knowledge of languages:
