About the role

We are hiring for your skills to provide accurate and timely processing of QR Group payroll. To provide a high quality comprehensive payroll service ensuring that salaries and expenses are paid within the regulatory framework.

HR Payroll Officer Operational duties would include:

Processing salary changes and calculation of back pays, reimbursements and deductions.
Processing of monthly overtime claims.
Verify and Validating critical and mandatory documents in the New joiner files
Work closely with the Finance Payroll department to ensure proper reconciliation and with the HR Admin department to ensure accurate benefits processing
Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
Liaising with IT on HRMS system related issues and recommending system enhancements
Responsible for the generation and validation of the Audit reports
Preparation of ad hoc reports as required
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

HR Payroll Officer Qualifications

About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Services team
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Relevant Professional experience in an Airline industry is desirable
Good numerical skills and attention to detail, computer literate with through knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Command of English language, both written and spoken.
Strong time management and organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
