About the role

We are hiring a Talent Development Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders across network, departments and stations, course participants QR and GHA, and is responsible for effective management of all key admin and logistic requirements.

The candidate will also:

Perform administration duties which include and are not limited to procurement, admin budgets, course coordination for the department (Talent Development).
Organise and update relevant data using database applications on LMS, Oracle, E-Procurement, E-docs, GEMS, MS. Office etc.
Communicate and provide course nomination and registration information, TD policies and procedures, joining instructions by relevant method (email-telephone) internally/externally (GSA/GHA) to enable department operations and effective service across the network.
Assist in planning and preparing for meetings, to include preparing agendas and meeting packets, setting up room requirements, recording/transcribing meeting minutes, distributing documentation as appropriate, maintaining recorded and other tasks as necessary.
Work closely with the learning specialist and managers of Talent Development to ensure course requirement are adhered to.
Coordinate with finance and vendors regarding any invoice or payment discrepancies to ensure timely payment and billing.

Training Coordinator Talent Development job Qualifications

About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who should possess the following skills:
Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
Well-developed inter-personal skills.
Sound knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Oracle
Experience in training in a multi- cultural environment.
