Project Coordinator Job – Wood Plc Dubai

Wood is currently looking for a project coordinator to join our team in Dubai,UAE.

Role Responsibilities:
Support projects team in variation logging and submission to client through client’s systems
Prepare weekly progress dashboards and collect data required for the development of these dashboards
Coordination of project meetings, client reviews and engagement sessions
Focal point for project change register across the portfolio which includes collecting and logging client driven changes on regular basis
General support to projects team on daily basis

Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 3 Years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry
Skills in persuasion, negotiation and communication
Highly organised
Takes initiative
Capable of working to specific procedures
Acts in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner in dealings with others
