POS Customer Relations Job Description:
Manage conflicts with customers ensuring their total satisfaction;
Having basic knowledge of the best-selling families and looking to learn about the product;
Be autonomous in decision-making in order to ensure customer satisfaction while being in line with the strategy and objectives of the store;
Make payments and returns;
Control the exit and entry of goods in the different areas and apply anti-breakage procedures;

Job Requirements:
Organize accounting documents related to boxes;
Master the procedures and gestures related to payments, adapting them to the means of payment that is being operated;
Support the Seller in Payment Point Advice;
Ensuring correct management of the cash fund;
Ensuring strict compliance with box and vault processes;
