Job Description
PMO Manager – Project Management – Alwajh
Utilise project management standards, processes, methodologies, and ensure continuous improvement
Streamline project management activities and consolidate oversight
Ensure consistent delivery of projects within budget, on time, and to the required quality
Manage project budgets, time-lines, and resources
Provide guidance and support to project managers to help them improve their skills and capabilities
Work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, objectives, and deliverable
Communicate project status updates to senior management
Analyse project performance data to identify areas for improvement and report to senior management
Develop strategies to optimise project delivery processes
Drive organisational change and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant
PMO Manager – Project Management – Alwajh
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in diligently managing projects, having holistic oversight on progress and performance. The candidate is expected to have very high critical thinking abilities, able to find innovative solutions for unprecedented problems, ensuring continuous improvement.
