• Provide emotional and recovery process support to service users
• Provide brief counseling to service users during interviews and/or care calls
• Provide assistance in outreach, contact and visitation work to service users
• Assist in planning and implementing groups or activities for service users
• Assist in the organization and implementation of public education activities
