Hiring an Operations Officer for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, coordinate, communicate, supervise, and manage the whole order process from the clients to the end consumer.
  • Overlook Employer’s interest, growth, and expansion endeavors.
  • Supervise the delivery status of all orders and ensure it is delivered successfully.
  • Manage the relationship between clients, customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Respond and communicate to customers, clients, and partners’ inquiries.
  • Complete all the tasks requested by the management within the stated deadlines.
  • Process client’s complaints and immediately resolve them and escalate the root cause to the management for immediate action.
  • Handle data entry tasks and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three to five experience in the operations field.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft programs especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
