YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS ROLE BECAUSE, YOU…

• Have experience in customer care, including handling individual client accounts.
• Have experience in client invoicing and payment. Familiarity with Zoho software is a bonus.
• You are time-oriented, result driven, and display creative thinking to problem solve
• Love interacting with clients through a wide range of mediums: social media, over the phone, and email
• Want to join a team that encourages personal development and growth

• Are a quick learner who is tech-savvy and open to learning and working with new tools
• Can navigate between multiple client interactions and internal systems
