MRAP Platform Supervisor Job Description
The MRAP Platform Supervisor maintains an in-depth knowledge of all MRAP FOV platforms and subsystems. Manages shop work flow, upgrades, repairs, corrosion control and storage of the MRAP FOV and associated OVE. Reports any damaged equipment that must be replaced by the Government and shall submit the proper paperwork for Lost, Damaged or Destroyed Equipment. Stays up to date on new equipment and procedures as they are implemented in compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable USAF mandatory requirements. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

Principal Accountabilities
Manages personnel, inventory and other resources necessary to accomplish the mission.
Ensures personnel adhere to safety requirements and work is performed in a safe and efficient manner to ensure correct and expeditious completion of work orders.
Maintains strict adherence to technical data and management procedures.
Ensures all quality standards and metrics are met, work is properly completed and safety/environmental standards are upheld in coordination with the PWS.
Adjusts resources to meet production requirements to ensure reconstitution, preservation and inspection goals are attained.
Ensures all unused serviceable repair parts are returned to the Material Control Section and removed XD2/XF3 parts are turned back over to supply to clear the DIFM Account.
Verifies all Vehicle Down for Parts (VDP) decisions and monitors/recommends cannibalization requirements.
Ensures work is carried out in accordance with priorities, goals and schedules. Ensures Limited Technical Inspections (LTI’s) are performed within prescribed guidelines.
Supervises the inspection and preparation of USAF vehicle assets for air/land/sea movement.
Inspects/ensures the quality of work performed by subcontractors and reports all deficiencies to the Superintendent and/or the Contracting Office.
Monitors job performance, ensures staff training is adequate for the task. Recommends and/or provides additional training when it is determined necessary.
Effectively resolves issues.
Coordinates special requirements with supervision and production control.
Ensures accurate daily documentation of maintenance actions.
Provides information and reports as required.
Ensures all personnel accomplish maintenance with the appropriate equipment and tools.
Ensures compliance with safety directives, appropriate occupational safety and health standards, and applicable industrial safety publications and training.
Ensures scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions are entered and completed in the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
Advises supervision of conditions that may disrupt the orderly and controlled execution of the maintenance plan.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.

Minimum Requirements
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license for the category of vehicles and equipment assigned to MRAP.
May be required to operate material handling equipment.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.
May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.
Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of MRAP C4I Equipment preferred.
Five years MRAP maintenance experience with a working knowledge of USAF the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) preferred.
Three years of supervisory experience with a working knowledge of managing a productive MRAP (FOV) shop preferred.
USAF Vehicle Maintenance experience preferred.
