About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to the One&Only One Za’abeel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all F&B operations, including multiple world renowed restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. The Manager, Food and Beverage will be tasked with delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring profitability and efficiency across all F&B outlets.
Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability
Develop and implement F&B strategies and initiatives to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
Train, mentor, and manage F&B staff, ensuring that they deliver excellent service and uphold brand standards
Create and maintain budgets, forecast revenue, and control expenses
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality products at competitive prices
Oversee the selection and procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies needed for F&B operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment across all F&B outlets
Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to develop and execute promotions, events, and other initiatives to drive business
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt strategies and initiatives accordingly

Key Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5-8 years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-volume operation
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple Michelin F&B outlets, driving revenue and profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent organizational, planning, and budgeting skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Solid knowledge of F&B trends and best practices, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean and hygienic environment across all F&B outlets
