You will join our innovative and unique IT team located in Dubai. Your primary role is to have an overview and responsibility of IT support tasks by handling users request via helpdesk system, act as the bridge between support and infrastructure, and ensure that the department workflows and procedure are optimised.
Areas of focus
Maintain and handle internal support requests
Handle of on/offboarding process of employees
Monitor internal systems and assist users in new platforms, technologies
Perform purchasing and control the asset and IT inventory
Provide 1st/2nd level support to all vessels
Support regional sister offices (mainly Middle East and Africa)
Your professional skills
Relevant IT education
Minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar position
Experience from the oil and shipping is an advantage
Experienced user of Microsoft administrative applications
Fluent in both written and verbal English
