Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance on phone systems, computer systems, printers, networks, and other equipment.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technology issues to maintain smooth business operations.
- Implement new technology, including operating systems, software, hardware, and desktops.
- Manage new employee accounts, email addresses, and access levels for efficient work.
- Implement regular backups and run security checks to protect against cyber threats.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of professional IT work experience.
- Expertise in various computer operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting for internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and other office technology.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
