Oversees the maintenance of our company’s general ledger and related accounting practices, including payables, receivables, inventories, fixed assets and payrolls.

Sub-Job Family Description – Accounting/Administration:
Supports our business by performing professional accounting work involving the compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data.

Job Description
Directly reporting to the Inventory Control, the Invoicing Officer will issue manual and automatic invoices, credit notes, debit notes, issue documents for shipments and “DOS to DOS” transfers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Invoicing
  • Issuance of invoices from Stealth both Pick & Pack and cross dock. Guarantee the issuance and management of proforma invoices towards DOS clients, third party and franchise customers
  • ASN issuance
  • Issue necessary documentation for the WMS
  • Transfer “DOS to DOS”
  • Issue necessary documents for the transfer of goods from a DOS store to another DOS store
  • Credit / debit notes
  • Issue and manage requests for credit and debit notes
  • Proforma
  • Performs the issuance of proforma invoices to ship goods with no commercial value to clients and suppliers

Skills and knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Fluency in spoken & written English is required; Arabic or French/ Italian would be a plus
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experienced with AS400 and internet explorer
  • A strong team player who is driven to achieve the best results possible
  • Extremely organized and methodological with high attention to detail
  • Pro-active approach in finding out innovative solutions
  • Good communication skills
