HR Business Partner Job – BRF Abu Dhabi

HR Business Partner Job Description
Provide HR Business partnering support for all departments in Abu Dhabi Factory;
Align HR practices with strategic business initiatives. Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support;
Evaluate and implement recognition, engagement, and development programs to assure retention and competitiveness in the job market;
Responsible for the recruitment process (CV, interviews, job offers);
Monitor HR KPIs related to Absenteeism and Turnover and recommend and implement actions to improve the KPIs on a regular basis.
Compensation and rewards knowledge;
Ensure that all employees are up to date with company policies and Respond to all questions regarding policies & procedures;
Attend to reasonable HR needs for BRF employees and provide necessary letters\certificates\documents upon request;
Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.

Job Description
Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
Assist in one or more processes.
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Job Responsibilities
Academic Background
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field;
Qualification in HR is as plus
