As a Guest Service Agent, you are to engage and take payments from a customer in exchange of a service or tickets. You are to process payments using cash, credit cards, coupons, and vouchers. It is the Guest Service Agent’s responsibility to provide accurate ticket prices, promotional offers, and information about the park(s). Additional roles include assisting guests with any enquires, handling guest feedback, selling and conducting VIP tours, Birthday Parties and school groups.

Main Duties

  • Provide information to customer via face to face, phone and/or email
  • Continuous updated knowledge on park(s)/resort
  • Handling guest feedback and unhappy guests.
  • Conducting VIP tours across theme park and waterpark for VIP guests and VVIP guests.
  • Assisting with birthday groups as a birthday host.
  • Assisting with school groups as support staff.
  • Payment collection of VIP, Birthdays and School.
  • Maintain clean and tidy areas
  • Provide the highest quality service and environment for people of all ages and culture.

  • To take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself and of other persons who may be affected through your work activities.
  • To cooperate with and support the LEGOLAND Dubai Management to allow the business to fulfill its legal responsibilities through:
  • Following reasonable instruction related to health & safety.
  • Reporting dangerous situations or deficiencies in health & safety arrangements.
  • To only use work equipment in accordance with training.
  • To not interfere or misuse anything provided for the purposes for health & safety

Required Qualifications:
Preferably a high school graduate or equivalent.

Required Experience:
1 or more years’ experience as a Guest Services/ Customer Services Agent.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Good cash Handling skills.
  • Good English command (read and write).
  • Ability to converse in Russian, or any other language is preferred (in addition to English)
  • Able to focus and prioritize.
  • Knowledge in currencies.
  • Friendly outgoing personality.
  • Good knowledge in POS system.
  • Previous work as Guest Service or Customer Service Agent.
