The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites UAE Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of UAE’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The UAE mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of UAE’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites UAE Business Bay will include 280 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will deliver food and beverage operations to ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. Always following government regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements.
At all times you must be representative of the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards. To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!
Previous experience in similar role preferred. Alcohol awareness and handling and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law. Fluency in English is a must, additional languages is an added advantage. Leadership skills and strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
