FIELD Officer Job – IC SOLUTIONS Dubai

FIELD Officer Job Description:
Participate in the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system for field activities: definition of monitoring indicators, methodology data collection and analysis
Participate in the development of new supply lines: support for the emergence of new cooperatives and their administrative and organizational structuring,
Ensure the planning and implementation of training activities, support and monitoring in the field by field teams: reporting system and mission expenses, definition of indicators, measurement of results, reporting monthly or quarterly,

• Continually strengthen the skills and knowledge of facilitators: training themes, use of data collection tools, use of GPS, etc.

Job Requirements:
Experience of at least 5 years within an agri-food company or within the framework of a rural and agricultural development project,
– Proven experience in the development of sustainable sectors in support of producer cooperatives,
